I have nothing nice to say about this detachment in coquitlam, and reading your reviews confirmed my opinion on your officers behavior and attitudes. I deal with police daily and never have met such a bunch of rude arrogant police with zero personality and no understanding for basic human interaction and this is troubling because the job is human interaction! Scary to think this is who is hired to protect and serve us.

WOW! They were absolutely AMAZING! They were so caring, kind and empathetic towards what I was going though and truly went above and beyond. Very lucky to have these guys protecting us!

My house was broken into about 8 months ago, and my laptop was stolen. Cops then found the stolen laptop, 6 months ago and have yet to return it. After calling the station the administration staff always act surprised that the laptop has still not been returned lol and direct me to the number of the cop in charge of the "investigation". I've left several emails and voicemails with this "waste of tax money cop" who doesnt bother to do his job and respond, meanwhile my $1500 macbook depreciates in value as it either sits in the station or maybe the cop himself decided to keep it. I wouldn't put it past a person who's livelihood is dedicated to giving the working class traffic citations and who has achieved one of the lowest and easiest accolades in life (becoming a cop) to steal a stolen laptop. Great work guys.

called the non-emergency line because I heard really loud banging coming from this inside this gmc white work van and it looked very sketchy (there was a security camera on top), they said they would dispatch someone out to take a look. I called back a hour later to check and see if I could get an update on the situation and they hadn’t sent anyone and they lost my report. went to go look and the van was gone. I feel very bad that something sinister could have been going on and because of the report takers negligence it wasn’t checked out. I will say the person who took my report the second time was way nicer, took down way more information, and the police (who were also very professional) were actually sent; they called me to update me and confirm some details.
