Called Dexter about a dent repair, I could already sense he was very knowledgeable - he was very thorough and transparent over the phone, explained to me exactly what could be done, and what limits there were to the repair. I had no understanding of dent repairs at all. Set me up for an appointment immediately after. Gave me a fair quote, but when I arrived, thats when i was just blown away by the honest, excellent service and professionalism he displayed. He repaired the dent, and left my car looking like new. He didnt charge me the full quote amount, because it took him less time than he expected. He also went above and beyond by helping me touch up another area that I did not catch prior to bringing it in. Professionals like Dexter are rare gems in any industry, and he has won me over as a loyal client, even though I hope I wont have to see him for repairs again! Thanks Dexter, you're very much appreciated.

Brought my Focus ST in, it had a sharp, deep, dent on top of the rear hatch. I was skeptical that anyone would be able to fix it. Dexter worked quickly and professionally. He was clear with me from the beginning that it was likely not a salvageable dent, but he would give it his best shot. He was not able to fix it 100%. After working on it for a while, he inspected it, and told me he could not fix it any more without damaging the vehicle. It looks a lot better than when I brought it in. I had my wallet out ready to pay and he told me that I didn't owe him anything as the repairs did not meet his own quality standards. The dent won the battle, but Dexter won the war. Hopefully I won't need to repair another dent, but if I do, I'm not going anywhere else.

Dexter is the man ! Quite a deep ding about the size of penny was removed on the door panel of my Audi Q5 and the door panel is just like new right now. Absolutely pleased with the service and result. July 2019

Amazing service and very friendly staff. I went in and got 3 small dents done on my truck (on 2 different panels). The results are seamless, you can't tell at all. The price was very reasonable and it only took around an hour. Definitely recommend!
