When you buy cat food and the sales sticker said $45.99 and when they ran it up it came to over $60. I told the clerk about the sale sticker, her & my bf went to look. They wouldnt honor the sale price then decided to explain that there is taxes. Will never shop there😡

I went in on Sunday at around 5:00pm and brought my dog in to use the dog wash, I walk to the back and they have the whole place torn apart vacuuming and cleaning. I look confused and ask the lady working if we can still use the dog wash as it was only 5 and they close at 9. She says to me well I’m cleaning so could I give you a coupon for next time? I only get one day off a week so Sunday was the only day I could have washed my dog and that’s how the experience went. No I’m sorry, nothing. Just a coupon for a free dog wash when my dogs next wash was free anyways because of the reward program. It’s easy to say I was less then impressed with the customer service and the professionalism of the employees working.

Store was clean, staff was helpful and kind to my senior dog.

Pet Valu is always well kept, and the staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable, Peanut and I visit quite often. The only one thing I'll mention is the water down dog shampoo. Given the fact that you're a national chain I think you can do better...

Service is good. Need more variety for more exotic pets
