Top notch service from Emily, she goes above and beyond for her customers and it truly shows. She is so knowledgeable which made it so comforting for myself and my partner as we are new to the raw dog food scene. She even came to our door to hand deliver the food we ordered which is so personal. This kind of service goes a long way and I wanted to make sure this didn’t go unnoticed. Emily was so helpful and kind. We had a kitten who decided to stop eating or drinking anything except water and I came across Emily’s website looking for options. She responded to my text message within the hour (it was the evening) and I had the goats milk I needed within two hours! And our kitten immediately starting chowing down, she wouldn’t even look at anything we picked up from the store so we were so relieved! She was such a lifesaver! Saved us an entire night of worry. She was also full of suggestions and sent me an entire of list of things to try if the milk didn’t work. Honestly customer service was above and beyond and I would recommend her to anyone looking or interested in any of the products she sells! Will definitely be ordering from her again!
