I’ve brought my truck here a couple times withought an appointment and they were able to give a quick turn around time. They’ve helped me out with simple problems where they could’ve charged a lot more. They even helped me out of a pinch where they used parts that I brought in myself after I couldn’t fix an issue. Very good to locals, thanks Blacks.

Great customer service

They gave away our appointments for two vehicles and the woman lied about giving our appointments away. Never got rescheduled or even a call back. The one vehicle they didn't do the diagnostics so they fixed brakes and put new snows on but couldn't get the windshield wipers to work which was the main priority.

I lost my lug nuts from my summer tires, ended up ordering new ones. Blacks ordered them in I picked them up than I found them. They offered to take them back with only a small fee for re shelving. Thanks So much !!
