Blocked off the street and sat there talking. Could have absolutely backed up a foot to let traffic through and didn't seem to be in any kind of rush once he saw people trying to get to their houses. Super unimpressed. Maybe park along the street to have a conversation then block it off when you actually have the intention of loading a vehicle?

Horrible experience.. was told the daily storage fee was only $15.00 by the guy towing my vehicle. when i phoned to ask how much my bill was the guy who happens to be the owner said the person who towed my car had no right discussing pricing and that it was actually $30 a day.

This Company towed my car as a sub contractor for Dominion automobile association. We have coverage through them. Garrick automotive dropped my vehicle off and rolled it off their truck and hit the boat and trailer. They damaged my bumper and trunk as well as the boat trailer. They are not calling me back after he told me he would fix my car. He is not calling me back now after several calls to him.Very poor service and seems like a very shady company. I would not recommend them to anyone. Call Black Todd's in Chase if you want someone reliable and professional.
