Wes works on all of my four cars And I always get great service with great prices I have to pass 5 mechanics to get to him and always will

Rude and incompetent. I kept using him cause he’s convenient but I’ve been dissatisfied on numerous occasions. The most recent was when I brought my car in because the power steering had seized. I told Wessam specifically that it was leaking and that I’d already tried to fill it with steering fluid and that, that didn't work. He put it on the hoist, added steering fluid and charged me $59.55 for labour and fluid and sent me home with it. It worked for literally 5 minutes. I returned the car and asked that he fix it for real and to not charge me for 1/2 hour labour that he’d already charged me for. He was rude and bullying. I ended up paying for labour a second time, the part, (which is fine) and a second dose of steering fluid to the tune of 500 bucks. This is how he treats a customer that has been going to him for around 15 years. He doesn’t deserve your business if you are a new customer and looking for a nice mechanic. Also, as a side note, I think he treats female clients worse than male.

We use Wessam Auto on a regular basis. We have always found them to be honest and they provide excellent value vs other shops which would actually be more local to us. I would highly recommend them!
