Bad customer service. The lady sent me elsewhere to buy what I needed. I still wanted to buy medals from her to encourage her. She judged the names our family had picked up, wanted to write them in a different way, and chose the handwriting SHE wanted no matter what I said. I would not return to this place.

Although the rows are narrow, the products can be reached without any problem. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful.

The employees of this store are familiar with their products, properly guide the customer to the desired product and in no way hesitate to ask a colleague for help if in doubt.
