Bad customer service. The lady sent me elsewhere to buy what I needed. I still wanted to buy medals from her to encourage her. She judged the names our family had picked up, wanted to write them in a different way, and chose the handwriting SHE wanted no matter what I said. I would not return to this place.

Although the rows are narrow, the products can be reached without any problem. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful.

I received excellent service from Mylène and Léa. And this every time I come to a branch. The employees of this store are familiar with their products, properly guide the customer to the desired product and in no way hesitate to ask a colleague for help if in doubt. I recommend this place to anyone who needs clear, fair answers and wants unparalleled service.
