Food is good and on time. But better than that is their staff. They are some of the hardest workers I have ever seen (something that is lacking this day and age)

Pizza was cold and dried, chicken was freezer burn and drinks were the only part of the order that was warm. Ironic. When we call the store we spoke with the manager Cathy. She was very impolite, said we were lying and that she does not believe what we are saying. After the way she treated us we said we will talk to someone else about this and she very “proudly” made sure to make us aware that she is the one dealing with those emails coming in so “it won’t make a different” that is definitely NOT the customer service experience we had hoped

I am taking off stars because i ordered chicken BBQ. I couldn't taste BBQ sauce. And too many large bubbles with no ingredients on it. I do plan on eating here again. Would like a possible quality check. Thank you.

If I order from here monday, tuesday or Wednesday....even Thursday the food is great. Friday, saturday or sunday....its horrible. I am a pasta person. Order the same one everytime. During the week it is great. Weekends (like today) it always sucks. No meat, no sauce where it is dry and I'm putting it in my oven to add sauce. Early in the week it is awesome. Same name comes up on my online order as making it. So I can only suggest....dont order on the weekend cause they are busy to the point they no longer care about quality. (Like my order today...got noodles with no sauce or chicken, bacon or mushrooms)
