Honestly terrible customer service. We seem to bother, the particular employee I dealt with was so dumb. I will not stay there again. I went to a jewelry store in the same mall and the service was impeccable .. don't go there you will be disappointed

Si je pouvais ne mettre aucune étoile, je ne mettrais AUCUNE ÉTOILE. J'ai appelé pour faire la demande d'une gravure sur un bijou déjà acheté. La dame qui me parlait était non seulement distraite, mais elle me criait littéralement après, visiblement irritée pas mon appel (???). Déplorable, inacceptable comme service. Le pire, c'est que je suis passée cette semaine en boutique, et que malgré le piètre service reçu, j'ai quand même rappelé... J'avais vu plusieurs articles que j'aurais acheté sur place pour des cadeaux, mais laissez-moi vous dire qu'ils n'auront pas un sous de moi.

Difficult experience :( The employees do not agree on the same way of doing things and it is the customer who pays the price. It is not the first time that we notice that some employees do not seem very happy in their jobs. It was the last time I go to this place, I will choose another jewelry store.

Very disappointed with my experience. I bought a ring at this place I had to send it for repair several times. I always lost Zircon not even 1h after receiving the ring. I asked for a refund because the quality is really not there. But the owner completely refuses the refund and gives only a credit ... I took earrings and I wear them 1 time and the pine is already crooked ... Worse experience for life. I do not recommend at all the shops Latendresse / Doucet.
