I came in to get a quote of a 3.5ct Emerald cut diamond center stone. The "diamond expert" was SO RUDE. When I asked him if he does wholesale or retail, he goes "does it look like I do wholesale?" In the rudest tone. Then he proceeded to tell me that hes a jeweller for the NFL. OH HONEY PLEASEEE 😂 Anyways, he just cost himself a nice paycheck!

Arrived approximately 20 minutes before closing. Staff member abruptly said, "Do you need help, because we're closing in 2 minutes", in a less than helpful and willing tone, to say the least. I was a serious buyer; will spend my hard-earned money elsewhere.

Very pleased with the Longines watch I bought for my husband .They have a good selection on Swiss made watches .Sales person very knowledgeable about the quality of Swiss movements.
