Nice people but don't know what they're doing. My engagement ring diamonds keep falling out for 5-6 years. They should not make rings that keep falling apart. Shop elsewhere. Not worth the headache. Also husbands wedding band gives him a rash not convinced it's even gold ?! Ouuf!!

A pendant she sent out for engraving came bad looking poorly done. The lady was very understanding and she replaced the pendant for the exact same one plus redid the job perfectly without me even asking! I was truly impressed and pleased with the outcome.

Gold and diamond ring bought , the gold cracked ... gold no matter mixed with whatever alloy is not supposed to crack. I’m beginning to wonder if the diamonds aren’t just cubic zirconia
