Called to ask if I needed an appointment to go in, and was told that I could just walk in. Checked store hours, and saw that the store would close at 6. Arrived at 5:30 and the sales says they are by appointment only. I said I called earlier and was told I didn’t need an appointment. Then she changed her answer and said they are about to close and unless there’s a specific piece I’m interested in, I can’t go in to have a look. If customers are not allowed to go in thirty minutes before close time, the store hours should be amended. Seems like they just wanted to clean up well in advance to make sure they could go home on time. Pity because Im a quick shopper and needed to buy 2 watches. Will go to Cartier store instead.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The only thing the sales did was staring at me without any greetings. I heard they are shutting down some of their stores. Don’t blame it on COVID because that is not the reason.

Helpful stuff

Sales reps are judgmental. I came in wearing a sweater got no service or attention. Came back wearing a Canada goose and everyone wanted to help. Hmm no surprise. Did not buy anything b/c of this

Worst customer service ever!! No greetings from the sales, not even a hello, all they did was staring at you though I am the only customer in the entire store... could have given 0 star if there is such option
