Purchased my fiancé’s engagement ring here and have continued to received incredible service ever since. Every visit the staff are so accommodating and kind.

Store manager Ali is so unprofessional and will lie to make himself look good. Sent off my husbands wedding ring for repair beginning of March as it was bent and we wanted it reshaped. We bought their lifetime warranty, and when we dropped off the ring the sales lady did not mention any extra charges at all that the warranty was not going to cover. Mar. 19 we get an email saying the ring is ready to be picked up but unfortunately covid happened and we couldn't make it to the store. Apr 8 we get an email from Ali reassuring us that the ring is safe in their care during covid 19 store closure. During phase 1 reopening, on May 19 we call the store to check If they're open so we can pick up the ring. Spoke to Ali who advised they made a mistake and the ring is not in the store, that it is waiting for a repair cost confirmation from us as the warranty wasn't covering the repair. So we were disappointed that we weren't advised in the beginning that it will cost us, and we were told that it came back from repair when it didnt. Do they not physically check their inventory before getting in touch with customers? FAIL. He offered to replace it with exact same ring but we'll have to pay for new lifetime warranty which now cost $100 + when we only paid $69 for it originally. He wasn't willing to budge on the cost despite of their mistake. So We decided to just get it back unrepaired as hubby is sentimental about having the same ring anyway and he was still able to wear it. Ali while explaining to us what happened was dismissive of our disappointment and kept telling us 'their is no need to be upset' which frankly upsetted me more because does he not realized they effed up? So they were behind with shipping repairs due to limited staff during covid and will take a while before we get ring back. Fine we understood that. June 17 just 1 month shy after speaking with him, we called and spoke to Ali again to check where ring is. For something that doesn't even need to get repaired you'd think a month is enough time to get it back. But nope still not in. He did confirm that it was SHIPPED and that I should get a call by Friday or Monday the following week. He also again went on to explain the situation in such a defensive way without empathy or acknowledgement of the lengthy wait and mistake on their end. 2 weeks had gone by and no phone call. So we finally dropped by at the store on July 3rd to ask Ali again what mistake happened this time? Oh my God the excuses he had to come up with...it was endless. Could not just apologize that he gave wrong info to us. He even said at one point there is only 2 or 3 staff working, that they couldn't even take a break sometimes etc. I gave them 2 weeks & he couldnt do a simple phone call saying oops sorry but your ring actually wasn't shipped yet, sorry about that but we will follow up. I was super upset at this point as nobody seemed to care where the ring is. So Ali offered to give us a new ring, the same one, and let us keep our warranty to keep us happy and that he will make things right when the ring comes back. He was even so boastful about risking himself getting fired about going above and beyond. I called him out about not even receiving at least a call about any update so he promised that he will call us the following Monday for update. So he did to let us know that ring came in. We picked it up today and ask the sales lady about Ali's offer to replace it with same ring and letting us keep warranty for all the misinformation we were told, mistakes that happened, and lengthy wait. Well, there was no same ring, it was similar that cost more, and when sales lady called him to let him speak to me, he basically denied everything he said about the offer. The ring wasn't even cleaned when it came back. That would've been the least their lab could've done since that is definitely covered under warranty. Worst customer service I've ever gotten. I don't write reviews but this one deserves it. Not in a good way. Dont shop here. No concept of customer service at all, and it starts with their manager.

Buyers there is no assurance you will ever get your ordered. They didn't request a signature.

Recently my mom came in to pick up her bracelets from being fixed . One of them was covered under warranty but the other wasn't so she knew that it would cost her a few hundred to get fixed. When she left the store she was sure that they didn't charge her and when she looked at her receipt she was right. So whn she went back to tell them that they didn't charge her for the repair not one of their employees thanked her for her honesty. We are talking about almost$300 and noone showed any appreciation to her
