The customer service absolutely terrible. Went in on Canada Day and the two sales person didn't acknowledge us at all. Even though the store is tiny and there were only the two of is in there. Asked for a necklace and one of the sales gave me the snobbiest attitude saying "it is not in stock". Didn't bother saying if we could order or show us something similar. I was really excited to go in to purchase the double paced hoop necklace with pearls, but if this is the customer service I'll be getting than I rather not purchase it. Please retrain your workers to provide a memorable experience for the customer.

If I could I will give no star. Worst Customer Service Ever. They have such bad experience specially and they have no patience special the store manager such unprofessional behavior. She need more training to become efficient manager they gave me bad attitude left the store and I'm not come back again not recommended to anyone.

I've had the best service ever here. I wanted to buy an accessory for my mother for mothers day. As a guy, I don't really know which gift to pick. She really helped me with choosing the accessory and thought of a meaning for the necklace we picked together. The sales name was Michelle and she was really dedicated, putting time and effort giving me the best shopping experience. Highly reccomend!!!

Had the best shopping experience today at Apm Richmond center. The store manager helped me picked such beautiful earrings. Joanna was very friendly, helpful and professional. I will definitely go back.

Friendly and professional staff. Clean, bright, and well organized layout. The store manager actually took her time to help me pick out the perfect gift for my girlfriend's birthday.
