When I first visited Montecristo, I had the pleasure of meeting John. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about the products in store. John is friendly and very genuine, which is uncommon in places like these. Thank you for always providing excellent service and hope to visit again soon!

Two words: not impressed. I was told by John on the phone to come in today to see a lady named Jean. When I arrived I was brought to see her. First of all, she wasn’t aware I am coming for her today, she looked at me clueless when I went up to her. She could have used some greeting instead of just staring at me silent. So I had to initiate the conversation of why I was there today. During our whole conversation she kept going to her phone looking and typing on it, talking to another customer I’m assuming. Her phone font was so large that I could see she was discussing about Rolex in Chinese with the other person. Her mind was not totally focused on serving me. I understand I’m not giving her any business or letting her earn any commission from me but I think she could have been more professional on serving me when I’m already there in person. Very disappointing. If, by any chance, I want to purchase anything from Montecristo in the future this will not be the location I will go to. So at the end, I didn’t really get all answers from all the questions I’ve asked. I could only leave my ring with her to send to repair and maybe I’ll get some information after my ring has been evaluated from the repair shop. As I was about to leave, I got a “bye” from Jean sitting at the table where our whole conversation occurred with her eyes staring at her phone typing. From this whole experience I’m not confident at all that I will receiving any better service when I come pick up my ring nor I will be totally satisfied with this repair service. On the other hand, the door person asked about my experience as I was walking out the door. I complained a little bit to him and he actually apologized to me. Now this is professionalism.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Dennis and Yan. Both excellent. I put requests in and within weeks I was advised that what I was looking for had arrived in store ready for me to claim as my own. Which I did! Still a couple of things I am hoping will show up in the store and I'm sure I'll get a call as soon as it does!

I don't like window shopping and what most sales rep don't know is that if I walk into a store, I am ready to make a purchase. When I first visited Montecristo, I was greeted. I didn't have any flashy clothes on and just a regular handbag, yet, they treated me with respect and like any other customer. I made the purchase same day and will be back for more.

Very friendly and lovely staff that are helpful and don’t pressure you into purchasing items. Yan has been very attentive and caring every time I come in with or without a purchase, I highly recommend finding her if you go in!
