I cannot possibly say enough positive things about this business. The Seiko selection is absolutely massive, and their pricing is honest and fair. Beyond that, everything is organized and displayed beautifully. I could genuinely spend a whole day just looking around in there. The selection for all of their products seems to grow every time I come in. The service is without a doubt the best I have received. I feel like I could try a hundred watches on without making a single purchase, and the owner and his son would be happy to let me try another hundred on. I feel like my business is valued, not that I'm just any person walking into any store. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products, and I've enjoyed talking horology with them. I also felt extremely safe in the store despite the pandemic the last two times I came in. I live with someone who is immunocompromised, so am generally fairly paranoid. They have set up restrictions which have both let me feel comfortable inside, and still welcome to view and try on the products. If I can, I always chose to shop here first, and if there is anything they don't carry they are very good about letting me know where else I can go to get it.

Best Seiko selection I have ever seen. My mission was to find a Seiko 'Captain Willard' and instead of finding Marlon Brando's 'Heart of Darkness', I walked out with Seiko's modern repro of Martin Sheen's watch in Apocalypse Now. No jungle, no napalm, no sweat. The customer service was awesome. The guys there really love Seiko's and are super knowledgeable. I highly recommend dropping in to check them out!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with, Sacha, Peter and Micah on numerous occasions and have been treated like a valued client each time, whether I was buying a watch strap, changing a battery or purchasing a quality timepiece. They have a great selection and competitive pricing. I would highly recommend Russell's Jewelers to anyone looking for a great buying experience with a locally owned and operated business.

Walked in to see their Seiko collection- was a breath of fresh air to see enthusiasts who knew the watches as good as myself (probably better). Has TONS of Seiko in stock and all the newly released models. Super friendly. Have now become my local AD for Seiko and any jewellery related things. Hard to find great people who own the business and give great customer service. Thanks to Russell and Mike!
