Kristina and Wilson are 2 people you have to visit during your shopping experience. Me and my significant other dropped by the store to get ideas about engagement rings. They were both very knowledgeable and over the coming weeks were not pushy at all for the sale which I really liked. They worked hard to get me a great price on the ring she wanted knowing I’ve been out of work this year. It was a great price on a custom order which is harder to do. The price and ring quality was far better than 8 other places we visited and the most competitive price within Richmond Center. Once purchased Kristina helped me keep it a secret from her when we visited the store again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and Arctic Fame to the point I’ve never written a review on google for a store before but wanted to now.
