I have a complaint against the staff member of the Richmond store Ming. What happened to me today made me very angry. I was just going to pick up a necklace pendant. She asked me to wait 5 minutes and finally 40 minutes, and her colleague helped me get it. Here's how it happened. A few years ago I bought a 1 carat diamond ring, which Ming sold to me. Later I upgraded the 1.58 carat diamond ring, bought 2 carat earrings, and 1.38 necklace pendant,but I did not look for her again, but instead I found another sales staff Emma, ​​because I think Emma's service is good I don't like Ming's service. It was because of this that she was very upset. Later, when I went to the store, she ignored me. Today I went to get the necklace pendant. Just because Emma didn't go to work, Ming tried everything to make me difficult and told me to wait 5 minutes. As a result, she deliberately did other things slowly. During this period, she had no time to get the pendant, but She would rather stand there and wait. After 40 minutes, Emma came back to get it for me. I expressed my dissatisfaction with Ming, thinking she was intentional, she even scolded me for being uneducated! How can this be a sales word to a guest? Emma and two other sales were also nearby, and they both heard and could testify. I now need her to give me an apology and the company to give me a statement and deal with the results. Because I am really angry, I go to your store to consume, not to get angry.

I came here to get my ring resized back in Nov 2019 and was told that no one knows how to process it. There were 3 people working at the time and no one showed interested in helping. I asked for a manager and was told to come back tomorrow. The sales associate suggested to go to a different store to get this resolved. Absolutely unacceptable that no one knows how to process this and you are selling jewelleries that cost more than $10,000. I was pretty upset at the time and never bother to leave a comment. After talking to one my friend recently who had the similar experience at this location. It seems like this is a known issue for the richmond location. The managment needs to address this issue and improve their customer service. I will NEVER return to this "Michael Hill". The Tsawwassen or the outlet stores seems to have better customer service.

I bought a pair of diamond earrings from this store and I absolutely love it. I had great experience while looking for what I wanted and the customer service I receive was excellent. The manager- Jackie who helped me was professional and welcoming. Would highly recommend this store!

They’re not gonna help you unless you purchase anything. 😑. I was gonna pay for my mom, the lady said she'll be right with me but she never came back. Helped another customer instead. Another lady just finished with a customer but kept looking past me as if I'm invisible. So, I just left. It was the second time it happened to me at the same store. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend

Staff are very friendly and helpful, prices are great also
