Great shopping experience! Staff was patience, helpful and they have good product knowledge. They helped me get what I was looking for. I found a beautiful piece and I believe they have something for everyone. Luk Fook Jewellery is a brand I have grown up knowing it and is a brand I trust.

One of the worst jewellery stores. We've bought there wedding rings but then next day my parents gave us custom made wedding rings so we decided to return the ones we just bought. Next day we go there - they all get passive aggressive and say that we can't return them because their policy doesn't allow refunds. So we just wasted lots of money on something we can't even return the next day. The only store that doesn't allow refunds (doubt it's even legal to deny refunds). Highly not recommend to go there!

Jewellery store based in HK with locations across US, Canada and Asia, is now open in Richmond Center. LukFook not only sells wearable jewellery but gold home decor as well. Bright and customer-friendly store design, with prices marked on all pieces, even in the window display.

The sales was very helpful and friendly. It took less than 10 minutes to find what we wanted . Thank you
