This is actual customer experience. Honestly , this is not my first stop to check the price for my gold jewellery. As checking the review online I went to another store in the area first .After comparing ,I find out this place is more honest to customer especially to those who don't know how much is worth for their jewelry .I definitely recommend to anyone .

When I arrived I said Hello upon entering the person that let me in grunted and I asked if they could speak English as maybe they did not know what Hello means or a basic English greeting. Thank god I’m not desperate to sell they offered me a ridiculously low price for my item. Valued at 18,000 they offered 2,500. I can’t imagine getting a fair deal here especially if you look like me. Save your gas, downtown Vancouver offers fair deals if your looking to sell your luxury items
