Horrible experience. I asked the workers where they got their jewelry from and what material it is but they got very rude and started whispering to eachother then looked at me strange. It's very clear they are from China and cheap materials. They didn't have to be so rude about it!! Very awful experience. You can literally get these items from Shien for like $2.. don't waste your money..

Whenever I'm in the Richmond area, I try to visit this shop. They have the cutest accessories and I always love ordering from them. Not to mention the people who run the shop are so kind :)

Very nice collection of Jewelry. Never had an issue shopping here so can't relate to the whiny reviews, always great service from the staff.
