WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Dropped off my ring to get it repaired. The associate who helped me said 4-6 weeks. I've called every Friday for the past 2 weeks and they said the same thing, "we still don't have it, but we will email them and call you back". Each time they said that I didn't receive a call back. At this point I had a good feeling they lost my ring or someone messed up. I recently called and the lady said "was this from September (it's now end of Oct), and I said "yes it's from September and its been 6 weeks". The lady then put me on hold. She then said "I will email them and see where your ring is and call you back". I told her that that's exactly what the other associate said and she never called me back. She said "Oh really" and I said "yes, really". Surprisingly, she did call me back within 15 mins and said "they need 12 weeks to fix the ring". I'M SORRY WHAT? 12 weeks (3 months) to fix my ring!! Are you kidding me?? I told her "the guy who helped me said 4-6 weeks, and she responded with "Oh, he's new". So, at this point there is still no progress on my ring. If they told me it would take 12 weeks from the start, then okay. But I was told 4-6 weeks. I then asked the lady "is my ring lost? can you confirm they even have my ring?". She then laughed (which wasn't funny to me) and said "Oh no that has never happened, we ship it via Purolator". (that didn't ease my mind at all). I told the lady, can you please email them and confirm they have my ring and that it's not lost? She then said she would email and call me back when they reply back. I was also thinking that perhaps the specific diamond I have is out of stock, but if that's the case they can just let me know and I would completely understand why it would take up to 12 weeks. But that's not the case. I understand with COVID shipping is delayed, but 12 weeks is just UNACCEPTABLE and I am not happy. For anyone looking to repair their stuff don't buy it from here, go to another jeweller!

Worst experience ive ever had. Seeing as Peoples jewlers is a well known buisness i am so disapointed in the service my fiance and i received. We came in mid august with a gold chain of mine that broke and my fiance had his gold bracelet that needed 2 links taken off and the clasp fixed. We got a quote for 60$ for the chain and 400$ for the bracelet. She said it would be ready within 2-3 weeks. 3 weeks go by and still havent heard from them. I phoned and the woman said she would look into it and phone me back with an update. A few days go by and no response. I then phone again the following week so its now been a little over a month at this point and she says she spoke to the department that they are shipping the jewlery to and the bracelet it now going to be 850$ to repair when she initially quoted us 400$. I tell her thats fine and to go ahead with it. She states that it will be ready in 2 weeks. 2 weeks go by and no phone call 3 weeks and i decide this is crazy. At this point we regret even going there. I end up talking with the same women who quoted us and she said the jewlery is being fixed and she will call me when they contact her and she now doenst know when it will be. So now its almost 3 months and i call AGAIN and she answers and says yes! Its finished you can come pick it up. So we drive down the following day. She hands me my necklace and my fiance his bracelet. He goes to put his bracelet on and he notices the clasp is done but they didnt take the 2 links off that he wanted! At this point im getting super frusterated and tell her that we should get a discount and she says no ill send it back out. Like excuse me lady are you crazy. I then go to put my chain around my neck and Bam! It breaks in the exact spot it initially broke! Now im getting upset and i dont even want to pay them since nothing was even done!! Mean while my fiance is telling me to calm down and hes counting out a total of 1100$ which is over the 2nd quote given. And she says she wants to send my chain back i say no way are you doing that. I want it replaced now. This is a complete joke. She then gets her employee to help me pick out a chain the same length as mine and i see the exact chain but its 2 inchs longer and i say i want the same style and this is the only one you have so she agreed to replace it and says to my fiance that my chain repair actually was 198$ and that was the exact price tag on the chain they were replacing it with. I see him counting out more money and im now getting even more worked up say no you already paid my repair dont pay that. He tells me to relax its fine (hes thinking he paid his repair and not mine yet) he just wanted me happy and to get out of there. She replys as im telling my man not to pay and couldnt understand why he was..she says " its okay he has lots of money and giggles" now im insulted and feel so disrespected. Like who says that?!?! So i storm out and meet him at the car and ask him why he paid for a chain they broke and they kept mine ! So they got to keep my gold and he paid full price for a new chain for me. That makes NO SENSE at all?!?! He didnt know that he thought it was my repair charge. It gets even worse....we go home and he puts a magnet on his braclet and the new clasp gets sucked to the magnet. Over 1000$ and they didnt even use gold. Worst experience ever. And the worst customer service ever. Dont waste your time and money here!

Went shopping with my partner to drop a couple of Gs, and Maggie offered us excellent customer service. My partner was extremely pleased with Maggie's assistance and personality - not only made our shopping experience more pleasant but also she ensured that we got the best price on the jewelry we bought. Will definitely come back and shop.
