Best Western Plus Lacombe Inn & Suites

Front desk staff are helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Grab and go breakfast due to covid. Internet speed is good enough for uploading your work data. Pillows are huge and comfy, but bed sheets seem like about a 200 thread count. If you scratch the pillow with your finger while you're sleeping, the sound will wake you up. There's plenty of lighting in the room, and tons of 120v plugs and USB charge ports everywhere! The bath towels were good, but only had one hand towel. I'm sure they'd give you more if you ask, and maybe better to not leave them so close to the toilet, like most places, but one..? They do give you two bars of soap. Some places only give you one, so you have to use it in the shower, and for your hands, or use the shower gel stuff. Appreciated the decent sized fridge (about 3 cubic ft, I believe) and microwave in every room. King size room had a nice big couch to watch tv from, but must be liberal/democratic owners, cuz they give you a thousand channels of TV, but Fox news isn't one of them.

staff was great. bed was comfy and room was quiet though i discovered that there are a lot of trains going through Lacombe. others in the group had rooms on the other side of hotel and said they did not hear the trains. highly recommend this place.

Found the staff to be very accommodating setting up a meeting room and meals for our family as we gathered for our mother's funeral. All efforts were made to keep things covid appropriate and allowed us to be together without stress or concern. We are very appreciative.

Very nice hotel. Some cool small town/country charm. Clean rooms, friendly staff! Highly recommended!

Excellent service. The rooms are very clean and nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Very nice pool. Great value on suite rooms.
