Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)

Very rude, visiting Banff with my husband and parked the car near the Tim Hortons and biked to go get ice for our cooler, we got turned around on our way back, seen the rv parking close to where we parked and thought to use the road right before it to get to Tim Hortons-not realizing it was the wrong road and dead ended-terrible signage. Guy pulls up next to us in a large black truck telling us we need to turn around now, figured oops must have been private propery. I said sure and that I'll wait til he moves his truck because he was in the centre of the road, he replied "No, now". So I maneuvered within a foot of the front of his truck to turn around. Afterwards looking at the map of Banff we realized it was the RCMP area, and he must have been an off duty, I expected more of a officer or affiliate. He could have kindly explained that it wasn't a public area or asked if we needed help instead chose be rude. I can only hope it was a miserable day that caused him to be so horrible or if that's just him I hope his life treats him as aweful as deserving such an attitude!

While travelling through our Banff National Park. I had a escort from the finest. Wife took this as I was driving.This highway is very busy in the summer months.Tourists and driving behaviour take a whole new perspective when driving amongst and around wild animals that will frequently be on the highway.Drive safely,we all want to go home.

What the rooms lack in natural light and furniture they compensate by their large open space and ensuite bathroom/water fountain. They are using proactive measures to ensure the clealiness of the rooms, they will make sure you have removed your shoes prior to your stay and they prohibit any BDSM play inside their wall hence the "no belt" policy
