This is very lovely family hotel. Clean and comfortable.It is just like a five star hotel but not much expensive. The owner who comes from China is very nice and helpful and easy to communicate with. She did a lot for me when I need help. Wifi is very fast. Guests have TV to watch in the bedrooms and living room. I have been here many times. I like the trail beside her house. Last time I was recommended to another family hotel by the owner because no rooms available for me. So if you want to stay here you have to book as earlier as you can.

I was lucky to stay in Una’s Family Hotel. It is clean and convenient . I could make coffee in the dining room and meet friends in the living room. The family hotel is like a cozy five star hotel, I like it very much. Especially the mattress in the bedrooms. It is in a good location and environment. Good neighbourhood. Last year when I was here for the third time I went to Banff with my family from Una’s house but I forgot my passport in a restaurant. After I called Una about this she drove there to get back my passport immediately. She is a nice and helpful host with warm hearted.

It is a very clean and nice palce to stay with. Quite and neat, the owner chatted with us and shared a lot of useful information for the new visitor. I like the blueberry farm near to their house and picked up a lot of them! Have much fun here than in the other house.Will come again!

I hadn't realized this was three bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Also sorry to find no bedside table, desk (or place to sit with my computer), or bedside lamp. These little things make a difference in comfort. It was clean and the host was nice.

The host of Charming Private Suite for You is a evil liar who put on fraudulent ads.They charged extra various fee on top of the ads. There is no wifi, no heating and hard to get any drinking water.I paid 5 nights with no receipt and had to leave after 2 terrible nights.She pulled my hair and hit my head to the cement driveway.Twisted my hair and punched my head repeatedly. Her daughter kicked me numerous after I was unconscious.They hurt me as if I had killed their whole family.They used Una Li, Yan Li，Dorothy GAO to write reviews on this jailhouse with 100 satisfaction.The photo of their worn out blanket and dirty towels.
