This maybe a scam property so do not pay in advance if you really want to book this apartment! 1. The confirmation letter said you need to call the owner to schedule a place and time to collect the key but they never answered the call and I had no idea how to collect the key 2. In the morning of the check-in day they finally called me and told me that something wrong with the sewer and they need to cancel my reservation with full refund. They really should inform the customer earlier if they need to cancel the reservation, not at the check-in day morning 3. No so called full refund, called them again and again, still did not answer the call. 1. The confirmation letter says to call to confirm the time and place to pick up the keys, but the lessor never answers the phone and has no idea how to pick up the keys. Sending a message to ask does not answer any questions 2. I called on the morning of the day I was going to check in and said that there was a problem with the sewer and the room would need to be cancelled and refunded in full, which caused my entire journey to be completely disrupted. 3. Later, there was no so-called full refund, and I never answered the phone when I called in the past. If you really want to book this apartment, please do not pay in advance!
