Four Points by Sheraton Vancouver Airport

Free shuttle to airport. Right by a multitude of restaurants. Nice room with comfortable bed. Reception was quick, efficient and helpful. A perfect experience.

Nice clean hotel close to YVR with shuttle also everything available with a minute walk lots of restaurants food and coffee. Rooms are really clean and spacious. Free parking (not gated) front desk staff ok just do not expect a friendliness but serious faces.

Stayed during COVID in mid-September, so no breakfast available. Simple small standard Four Points hotel; parking is free for Titanium member, otherwise $10 per day; our room doesn’t have a tub; friendly front desk; 2 bottles of water were provided each day, extra charges if more bottles of water is needed; extra towels can be provided at front desk. Google map doesn’t take you to the entrance.

Fire alarm goes off at 4am, water pipe breaks, 5am we get back to our rooms. I understand things happen, no offer of any compensation. But it gets better. No water, I get it. But no hot water at 5pm, health violation at this point. 24 hrs later still no hot water, no compensation, no communication from management. COVID-19, can't really properly wash hands with no hot water, front desk staff busy watching you tube on phones and listening to airpod, will be moving to Wyndham for the rest of my 2 weeks, and they have lost my return visit later this month as well. This is how you lose a guest for life, and im sure you will lose alot more. Will be contacting health services, hope to see things change but clearly leadership is lacking.

I liked staying in this hotel, the room was spacious and clean, my package included free parking and because I am a member of BonVoy, I had complimentary internet, and complimentary water bottle. The restaurant was closed at the time due to covid protocols, the front staff is only one person, but very polite. The only thing is that the parking lot is an open space, not covered. And also they do not clean you room during your stay, just ask for new towels and put your garbage outside the room. As I am a person who do not disturb much the room, and brought a hot snack for dinner every night, I felt comfortable! Besides, I am a BC resident, I just had to vacate my apartment due to restoration for 10 days. Good stay.
