Hilton Vancouver Airport

I just love that Hotel. The staff the amenities the rooms and the food, everything is perfect. The rooms are so comfortable and clean. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. The food is very good and always fresh that makes you want to eat only at the hotel. Definitely the Best Hotel in the area and very close to all the shoppings and the train to the city. PERFECT

UPDATE: Finally got money back after calling, asking another party to contact them, emailing to the main office, and putting a review here. Wasted several days as they did not correct it when I called them first time (even though they promised to return money). WHAT HAPPENED: Charged three nights while I stayed only two nights! I checked in and checked out as usual. Nothing was wrong. Everything was smooth. Then I found three nights were charged. I called and heard from a woman in the hotel saying it was my side's fault making three nights reservation and even though I checked out after two nights, they charged three nights. I asked how about the possibility of a mistake by the hotel and if the reservation was done for three nights, why I heard nothing when I checked out. Then I asked her to change to her manager and the manager said the record showed I checked in again in the afternoon after I checked out in the morning. He said he would correct it. THEN after several days, NOTHING has been corrected. So annoyed by them!!!

I am giving this hotel 5 stars for the facility, cleanliness and superb customer service. If I could give 10 stars, I would! We have really enjoyed staying at this hotel as it was pet-friendly with a convenient location. Our room was upgraded when we checked in, and the bed was really comfortable. I can't thank enough Cavell and the GM for going above and beyond to send my belonging that I left in the room. When I was concerned about the high shipping cost from one company, Cavell tried every avenue to resolve this and the GM personally went to Canada Post to get me the lower rate. This one action tells me that their team really cares about the guests and tries to satisfy everyone who stays there. I highly recommend Hilton Vancouver Airport, and I would definitely return to this hotel whenever I visit Vancouver.

had an amazing experience at this hotel. from the checking in to checking out, the process was smooth and the staff is incredible. We were able to check in early and really enjoyed the rooms. Very clean and Covid 19 protocols were in place. We went for a swim and went to the front desk for towels. The gentleman at the front at the time, went out of his way to get the towels and bring them to us in the lobby. will not be the last time we stay at the Hilton!

Very courteous and amazing service as well as being very clean. The pool was also heated which was excellent. Fast room service, I would highly recommend this hotel.
