Quality Hotel Airport (South)

Comfortable hotel with a great price near the airport. Complimentary shuttle that runs every hour through the night - even during covid. Note: if you're travelling on an early flight, bag drop doesn't open at the airport until 5:30am, so no need to be there before that.

This hotel is dirty and overpriced. I booked through Expedia who charged me $15 more than the hotel's daily rate at arrival. I was told that I was "upgraded" to a better class of room, which was in poor cosmetic condition, and had peeling paint and stains all over the place. The room seemed thick with dust and the carpet desperately needed a steam clean. The ceiling outside my door was missing due to some sort of water damage and I could hear the ventilation system whirring all night through my door. The hotel's phone # was "out of service" so I was unable to call for my airport shuttle pickup. Lastly, the complementary COVID breakfast bag that they gave me was pathetic. This hotel should be priced at no more than $60/night, if you are paying any more than that stay elsewhere.

I really thought it would be better. Parking available, lobby clean, reception was friendly. The hotel Iz run down, this could be a perfect time to fixer up. Your floor was in bad need of repair. Holes in ceiling, wall bumpers broken off, needed a good vacuuming in walkway. Our room was ok, sleep able. I didn't like the last guests hair on the bathroom floor, and near toilet, toilet seat needs fixing, bathroom sink needs some love. I hope they will read this and up their game. I don't think you'd go wrong staying here, but there is good places around in the same price category.

Nice clean, comfortable room, great price. Minora Park located right behind the property is a good place to go for a walk. Lots of shopping and dining nearby. Located near Brighouse Skytrain station. Easy drive by car into Vancouver. Staff are friendly.

Very nice room. Nice service. Airport drop off was seamless. The front-desk does courtesy pick ups too, but we deboarded at River Rock Casino using Quick Shuttle so couldn't avail it. We stayed in Ramada adjacent to Quality Airport Hotel last year, and found this hotel so much better than it's neighbor. It's much cleaner, the parking situation is better. The rooms are excellent, very clean beds. The shower was exceptional. Only criticism if I had to is the layout of the bathroom is a bit strange, as the toilet is behind the door so I was worried while going if I would hit myself if my spouse opened the door while I was the toilet.
