Sandman Signature Vancouver Airport Hotel & Resort

It's always a pleasure staying at this location. Rooms need a little upgrade, but service is amazing! Shout out to Val who's always very friendly and helpful. With all the things going on with this pandemic, it's nice to see people who welcomes you with positivity.

A very nice hotel, lobby is clean and huge. Service was good. The room is clean and appears newly renovated. I'm very happy I stayed here and the rate was very good compared to some lesser hotels in the area. I chose to drive to this location vs staying downtown Vancouver, as I was worried about the contents of my vehicle. Also has a chopped steak house attached and the food was very good there as well.

Our 4 night stay at the Sandman Signature Hotel was wonderful. The nights were quiet, the bed/pillow/duvet was super soft and very comfortable. I understand it can be hard to surface clean the majority of the rooms but when I used lysol wipes to disinfect, the side table was dusty and the door handles, bathroom sink counter, and other surfaces were dirty. The balcony sliding door was hard to open. Other than that I like the 24 hour free shuttle service to and from the airport. We used the outdoor pool which was nice, and they have a restaurant connected to the hotel. Reasonable price for a standard hotel. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Decent hotel, room decor is a little dated and room had an "old" smell - not unbearable but lacked a fresh clean smell. The elevators in the building were slow and clunky may or may not bother you but you could end up waiting up to 5 minutes for one. The soap is a joke - small and like rubbing a piece of concrete against your skin, recommend bringing your own. The water pressure is amazing, if you way under 100lbs. Consider ankle weights so you don't get blasted against the wall! Best part of this hotel was the balcony, if you travel alot you can appreciate the ability to allow fresh air into your room - a rare find!

We had an amazing stay here. The room was a great size, the beds were super comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The waterside was so much fun, perfect for the family!
