Rundle Chalet

Cabin was clean and warm. It was a great way to get away from the city. Quiet and peaceful. Will bring more of my own cooking utensils and seasonings for next time, but they had a hotplate, wood burning stove, great hot water and friendly check in staff. 5 star. Will definitely stay again. Excited already for next time. Only complaint was I didnt have enough time there 😊

I was in a bad situation and needed a place to stay and Geraldine was so sweet! She helped me and was super understanding. I even got to choose my cabin and made it my own little private spot in the mountains. I love this place and the community of people in this tiny village of cabins is very kind and sweet (so far!) very happy about my experience. The cabins are the typical old school pine cabins, and if you want to live the “real” mountain life, the little chalets are the way to go.

It is a cozy place situated perfectly in the mountains without the big city noise. Service is exceptional with one of the friendliest and most accommodating staff. The cabins have a rustic feel and look with modern comfort. Highly recommend.

My wife and I have spent many nights at Rundle Ridge Chalets. This is also where I proposed to her on New Year’s Day in 2016. Each cabin that we have rented there, was beautiful and clean and we really enjoyed our time there. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a very cosy spot that is close to town and the amenities, but still far enough away from town for the privacy that this place offers. Having a wood-burning stove or fireplace there, really ups the romantic side of things in those cosy little cabins!!

2-3years ago we stayed at Rundle Chalets for New Year's Eve. Love the raw and rustic beauty of the cabins and the wood burning fireplace inside the cabin. Canmore has amazing fireworks! We did like our stay at the chalet, but noticed that management needs to work on updating/renovating the chalets and cleanliness. But it is rustic, rally nice true cabin experience. I spoke with the owner just today and he said they just took over ownership / management just in June 2020. The management changed they are doing their best updating the cabins and higher standards on their cleanliness, and of course due to Covid. So we are going back for sure and hoping to get availability this holiday season. I hope you give this place a chance :)
