Canadian Rockies Chalets

The location is good and bad. Good because it has gorgeous mountain views. Bad because its right next to the train tracks and the trains run a lot at night. Not very helpful or comfortable to sleep after a really long drive. Management team is responsive but it can be difficult to get in touch with someone via the phone. I always had to leave a message and was never able to speak to someone over the phone directly. Washroom doors don't lock. Its quite uncomfortable. Overall, I would really think about coming here again. It's great and convenient for large groups with kids.

Place was decently clean. If it is hot, the rooms are very warm. Only providing one key for the condo for 6 people is very annoying, would be nice to have a key pad or something on the door. Also, the shower curtain smelled terrible... stunk up the whole bathroom... in need of a new one! They also only provide two rolls of toilet paper, so bring your own if you're staying longer!

My husband and I had 1 chalet and my mother and brother had a different Chalet...The tracks were close but none of us heard the trains, Beds were so comfy and cleaning staff was pleasant. We will be booking again. And TBH if your complaining about trains or places to loud you need to research more on your location.

I’ve stayed here many times over the years and the staff is always the reason why I continue to come back. They are all extremely friendly and welcoming but I felt like my most reason visit, the staff truly went above and beyond. The units are slightly older but well maintained, clean, and well equipped. The new beds in the master units are very large and comfortable. It is centrally located in town. You won’t go wrong staying here!
