Canmore Inn & Suites

Booked our stay weeks in advance at a discounted price! Very near restaurants, shops and the bus stop.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, from September 3rd 2020 (check in) to September 7th 2020 (check out). I had 2 rooms under my reservation. Both rooms were large and spacious. Both rooms had a generously sized fridge and mine even had a small freezer. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. The windows were clean as well, and could be opened and you could even take out the screen for better viewing of the natural surroundings. Parking was easy and plentiful. The breakfast was closed due to Covid. The pool was open though and it was pleasant. The location of the hotel is excellent, its literally a 3 minute walk to Save On Foods & 5 minutes to downtown Canmore. The hotel staff were kind and courteous as well. My rooms faced the train tracks, if you are a light sleeper I would strongly suggest requesting a room on the other side of the hotel. The train passes frequently enough, even at 3 or 4 in the morning. If you are going to the Banff area and do not want to stay in Banff itself, Canmore is an excellent option! The prices for accommodation are reasonable and the town is actually quite lovely with a lively downtown. Lots of art galleries, restaurants, etc. Overall, excellent value from this hotel with a convenient location in Canmore & large rooms. Would recommend!

Not a bad place, will definitely come here again. Great affordable price, lots of families but also good for couples too. Very close to restaurants and stores, walking distance. For covid19 they have the pool limited to 8 people, didn't seem to have any issues which was nice. Great friendly customer service. Lots of ice machines and vending machines. Definitely worth your money.

Comfortable bed. Place needs a little up keep. Bring Bread, bagels, and micro food as you can make some quick meals. TV guide was difficult to operate. If you are a light sleep do not get a room next to the train tracks! You'll be up all night!!

Parties next door at 11:00pm only qutied down after we called the front desk and went downstairs .been going here for two or three years .....the experience this trip could have been better. Hotel is quieter mid week .But the spice hut across the way is the bomb.com
