The place is a 2- star hotel. That said, raise your expectations! Super clean room, updates evident. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you don’t want to pay Hyatt prices, you won’t go wrong here! We’ll be returning!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Both our keycards stopped working two different days but the front desk agent was quick to get us new cards and offered to send someone to check the pad. I was a little frustrated going in but she was fantastic. The rooms are what you would expect for an older motel but the great location, price and friendly staff make up for it. We had a pet friendly room and they had a dog bed and bowls for us to use and even a new toy for our dog to take away. Super impressed. That little extra touch had a big impact. Thanks for a great 3 night stay!

Overall great stay in Canmore! Pros: - friendly staff - very budget friendly - local amenities (soap,...) - big, clean & spacious rooms - plenty parking & easily accessible off the highway - restaurants & stores close by yet far enough outside city centre to be quiet Cons: - rooms could use update - some pieces in our kitchen were not 100% functional anymore so I guess upgrade kitchen items to more robust ones Would stay again though!

Super clean and amazing view. Great service as well and the bed was super comfy. Watching the sun go down over the most dramatic looking mountains from my bed was an experience.

Rocky mountain Ski Lodge in Canmore Albert Canada is the best resort I've ever been to . It is so comfortable you can cook your own food if you like and feel like a home away from home. Tha staff are wonderful they let you feel at home. The front office manager are amazing he always happy to help.
