Grande Rockies Resort - Bellstar Hotels & Resorts

We had an amazing family getaway here! We rented the penthouse and had our own private roof top hot tub. We had two families of 4 and the space was large enough to accommodate us all comfortably. I would definitely stay here again. The pool and slide was an added bonus for the kids.

Great rooms great pool

Rented a timeshare that was listed by the property. Suite was an excellent 2 bedroom, value for the price for sure. Well appointed kitchen with full size fridge, oven and dishwasher. Beds were excellent. The only caution flag - ask for a room away from elevators, lobby or parking entrance. These rooms seem to have less noise separation through the doors than other hotels so we found it noisy at times from the hallway. Additionally, be prepared to walk between buildings for pool access or to get additional towels etc as nothing is being delivered to rooms due to covid restrictions.

This place was beautiful! We went through booking.com because it was cheaper. The room we stayed in was 407. It had 3 rooms with 4 beds and also 2 pull out couches. The place had 2 floors with a pool table and private hot tub. The hotel had a pool and water slide as well.

We have not stayed at the resort yet but we were booked to arrive on Friday. Then the Alberta Covid19 announcement came on the news. Anthony and Niki were great to deal with and we plan to book again in the new year after the Covid19 dust settles. The 5 stars are for the great customer service we received!!! Thanks again!!!
