Me and my family had a really nice stay hear. They offer a continental break nothing hot. The rooms are clean and the beds are super comfy. It really close to town. The staff had glass protecting us, they also gave nice reminders about wearing masks. Overall enjoyed my stay and would go again

We booked mostly because of the pool for our kids to play and only booked a 1 night stay - We were told by staff that we had to book a time slot for the pool (45mins) 12 hours in advance. We did over the phone for both days but then was told it was not official once on the premises and had to book with pool staff. Once in the pool it was great, families were social distanced and staff reminded us at the 5 minute left mark but we noticed a family that had been their before and after we had left and felt disappointed that we were urged to leave. On our way back to our suite we tried to solidify our pool booking for the second day and every time slot was filled. We attempted to explain we requested times both days at the time of booking. I understand the booking system is outlined for social distancing but it’s very difficult to navigate and no concrete way to book times for the pool. I would also like to note there is no room service for food items or alcohol if one should want - You will have to order delivery or visit the restaurant in the separate building. Rooms were fine, but bring your own pillow because the pillows are not great. We would most likely not stay here again as there are so many other choices of hotels this one just didn’t meet our expectations.

Staff did their best to accommodate an early check in. There was some confusion about our pool booking (COVID restrictions) which was frustrating. Luckily we were able to get in the pool twice. Rooms are nice and clean. The games room is awesome. I was really choked when we were woken up at 6:30 am on a Sunday to a guy in a delivery truck outside banging and clanging....not cool.

Mikayla is so nice and friendly. Best service ever. Extremely impressed. She deserves a raise. She problem solved an issue for me. Great work. I would recommend this place because of her

Good location, and the front desk worker (Jacky) was wonderful. Customer service out of this world. The suite was beautiful and very clean. Would definitely suggest anyone stop in!
