Chop Steakhouse & Bar

Usually the food here is great. But tonight's meal disappointed. Our party ordered two top sirloins and one New York center cut. Both sirloins were served almost cold and were tough. The grilled prawns we ordered with it were overcooked and cold. We did complain and our waitress resolved everything fairly. But this kind of restaurant should get steaks right the first time and the chef should be checking the meals before they are served. Disappointing. Will have to think twice before returning.

The employees are exceptional. The restaurant is beautiful. The food...scallops over done. I think the food was left on the pass too long. The prime rib was cooked perfect however the dish was cold even the sauce. The wines were great

Food is good. The prime rib is unreal. The only thing was that they didn't say the dining room was closed on the website so we sat at the lounge for our anniversary

It was my first time here and i was unfortunately very disappointed with both the food and service. Food-wise, we ordered the steak and lobster, and the chop burger. The burger was sub par, did not even finish that and the steak was not cooked right and the cut was not good at all. The lobster was the absolute worst lobster ever, it tasted old and was extremely chewy we couldn't even bite through it so that was very unappetizing. The service on top of everything was not good either. Probably the slowest most inconsistent service we had ever experienced. The waitress was very slow and never really came back and checked on us to see if we needed anything or to see how every thing was even after we told her we were trying to order more drinks. The bartender was very rude as well for no reason, although the drinks were okay. The place itself is nice and aesthetically pleasing but because of the horrible food and disappointing service, I would not come back here and i would not recommend this place to anyone else either unfortunately.

They used to have really great steak bites, they haven't had them for a few years. Chop was an amazing restaurant and bar, they have definitely fell off. Drinks are ok, happy hour is decent. What the real disappointment is, the service! At 9pm its slower than the dinner rush and its not because they are understaffed.
