Best Western Plus Mirage Hotel & Resort

The hotel is massive. The grounds and rooms are a little bit dated but very well cared for. The staff were excellent and the hotel restaurant had amazing food and cocktails. Super convenient door to the parking lot. Fast wifi and good cable selection. Only thing that took away from it being a perfect stay is our rooms AC was not working and the room got really hot

Clean rooms. No bedroom nightstand plugs. Prices are high for the rooms. Restaraunt had good food. The hotel breakfast was disappointing as they make everyone the same western egg wrap and provide a couple snacks. The front desk attendant told us the meal was vegetarian (it was not vegetarian a common mistake) and notified them they did nothing to accommodate the breakfast for the next morning. Overall disappointed. Not terrible. But decent.

We have been staying at this hotel for last 5 years for all our corporate travels. This is the best hotel in town of High Level. Bar and the lounge is very welcoming. The hotel has been able to retain the staff for very long that shows that management care for staff and guests. I missed the morning breakfast when I was there during the Covid times. Will be booking my stay for next week.

Friendly and helpful people. Roomwas very clean and comfortable. The restaurant serves up some impressive food.

That tomahawk steak is so good here, a bit pricy but definitely one of the best steaks I’ve had. It’s the nicest place in town.
