Contacted Le Soleil to change up my wedding ring for our 6 year anniversary. I have been unhappy with the wedding ring for 5 years and we decided it was time to move the diamond out and custom create a more timeless ring. Kym spent so much time with me during the Covid19 pandemic (with great social distancing on her balcony), we were able to go over all the fine details and create the custom Tulip Setting Ring that i have included in the images attached. I also show the previous wedding ring that she carefully removed the diamond from and has left it for me to be able to put another stone in if I wanted to in the future. Kym creates the most beautiful drawings to give you a great visual representation of the ring that you will be getting with proper dimensions. She also ensured that the mathematics around the ring would work so that my diamond and ring were not vulnerable to damage. I now have a traditional yellow gold solitaire ring that is so beautiful, timeless, traditional with a tulip setting side view that goes completely well with my personality as I love gardening. My diamond is now at a much better height as well and I am completely in love with the increase in prongs. Even the slight tapered center that Kym did for me is just absolutely perfect. I could not ask for more. You will not regret going with her. She has so much experience and she taught me so much.

Kym is my hero. I had to get my wedding rings cut off because my hand was swollen. I brought Kym 3 mangled rings and she worked her magic and put them back together better than they were before. Had a great experience at Le Soliele resizing my wedding band. Kym was incredibly accommodating to work with, answered all of my questions and was very informative. I never felt pressured, and never doubted her expertise. It was nice to actually talk to the person who would be doing the work. The work was done on-site with short turnaround time. The ring itself looks great, cannot notice the splice, and came back in better shape than when I dropped it off.
