Weir's Beach RV Resort

This is a well run RV park. They are all full service sites. Spend the little extra money and get an Ocean View Site. The beach is a beautiful white sand beach, and very clean. The water remains shallow for a good ways out from the shore. Lots of people using their kayaks and standup paddle boards.

Absolute gem of a beach! On a hot, limited windy summer day, it is akin to a tropical paradise. The sand is fine. The water is a bit cool but I'd take cool salty water on a hot summer day over salty warm water. Bring everything you need as there are no shops close by. Also, take a restroom break before you go as there are no public washrooms close by either. I've lived in Vic for 20+ years and I just discovered this diamond in the rough. It's my new favourite south island beach.

Beautiful beach. Lovely location. Sites a bit small. Packed in like sardines.
