The owner wakes up every morning around 6-7 am and drives his diesel truck which sounds like it has an aftermarket exhaust (really really loud) through the campsite. He doesn't make an effort to keep the noise down because you can tell that he is stepping on it from just how loud it is. It has woken me up every morning so far, really disappointing. Aside from that, this place has a nice location but is not maintained well at all, the washrooms are rarely clean and the laundry services barely work.

If you have a boat for fishing in the ocean you might like this place. Boat ramp docks all ok I suppose. Mostly old and needs a upgrade for my likes.

clean washrooms, cheap stay, and very open availability on the long weekend. those were the best 3 features. everything else had a very run down feeling to it. pretty sure there were 2 hobos living on site. the surrounding buildings looked like they were either industrial (noisy) or about to fall over shacks. in a pinch, id stay there again, but id probably try book somewhere else.

Needs updating. Typical Canadian fishing campground from the 1970's . Needs some loving care. Ok for couple nights to visit the area. No soap in bathrooms at all whilst I stayed, and with Covid you would think this was important. Not allowed on the dock, would only stay again if I couldn't find another campground and was desperate.

Great campsite with water access but crazy truck noise in middle of the night 2 or 3 times didn’t make it the best experience but great location and service
