La Vie Jewellers

I brought my watch to La Vie Jewellers to have my battery replaced after bringing it to another shop that didn't carry the battery it required. They fixed it in less then 10 mins for around 10 bucks!! Don't let the 1 star reviews steer you away... they were quick, professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone needing a quick battery replacement, they also have a variety of gorgeous jewelry. Thanks La Vie, I will definitely be coming back.

The worst jeweller in town. Is over priced and very bad service. If you are looking for very high quality jewellery, go to Ann Louise jewellers in the Bay center.

Worst customer service. Doesnt know how to talk to customers. There is a reason why the place is always empty.No basic manners.

BEWARE of this man. I paid for my battery replacement with a US credit card. When he saw that it required a signature, he grabbed it back from me and started to write down my credit card number. I told him that he could not do that and he started to yell at me (in his broken English) that that was his policy, that if a card did not require a PIN, he wrote down the card number. I tried to explain to him that that was illegal but he just kept yelling "my policy, my policy". I was stunned! When I finally got my card back and started to leave the shop, I turned around and he was laughing like Santa Claus, like "I showed you, you old lady. Ha, ha, ha". Totally disgusting. My recommendation is don't ever even think of going into this shop.

They wanted to charge me $38.00 for changing two watch batteries. When I questioned the price, she told me the battery cost $19 and she cleaned my watch. I sat there while she changed one of the watch batteries and no cleaning took place!! I refused to pay and had her remove the batteries. I went to London Drugs and purchased the same battery for $3.50. Not only was she trying to overcharge me, she was rude and had no customer service skills. Would never recommend or go back to this establishment!
