Paris Jewellers

We went to Paris Jewellers, because it is the first place we go for our jewellery; and that is because of the variety in jewellery they carry. From looking at their website, I had seen a beautiful ring that I would like for my birthday. That ring was not in the store, and I was disappointed. When we mentioned it to the agent, she brought up the website on a tablet, and found a picture of the ring. Because it was not in the store, she ordered it for us, and said that she would try to have it in the store in time for my birthday. What a nice person. Her trainee was also very attentive. Beautiful jewellery, and great service! That's why we have been repeat customers for years.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Paris Jewellers in Hillside Mall. I was a very pleasant experience. The store itself was pure eye-candy delight. The displays were lovely. The appeal of gold and sparkly gems was enhanced by the rich lustrous background of black velvet. The staff were very kind and helpful--no pressure!. I will return.

My gf and I went ring shopping at the Hillside Mall, Victoria, BC location. We were helped by Davina, store manager, who was very helpful, making our experience fantastic. Never were we pressured into purchasing that day as we still wanted to check out other jewelry stores. A week later, I went back to purchase the ring. Davina, was again so helpful, answered all my questions, making yet another positive experience at the store. Very happy with the purchase and the customer service, thank you Davina.

We went in for some early Christmas shopping. Davina was so wonderful asking us who else was on our list, we got a good chunk of our shopping finished in one go! Thank you for making it so easy. She was very kind and listened to our needs, during our shop she had another customer come in and wait for her but we did not feel rushed at all. We will definitely be back.

I originally went to the store to have a ring adjusted. Davina suggested I leave it as is. Good suggestion, thank you. She also suggested jewelry cleaner for my rings. Since the cleaner I had was quite old, I did buy it. Beautiful store and lovely staff. I will return and definitely would recommend Paris Jewelers
