I cannot rave about this location enough! Honestly always the best service. We've bought our entire wedding set from them. I wish I had a name instead of just a service ID but the lady who did my inspection and cleaning today went above and beyond to accommodate me and I appreciate her so very much! Took my fiancées platinum engagement ring (which is a family heirloom) to be resized, before even seeing the ring I was told $60 for the re size and 5-10 days wait. Great all good so far. When I gave the ring to the lady behind the counter she was adamant the ring was actually silver as she ‘googled the hallmark’. Now I have a fiancée that’s pretty upset her platinum and diamond engagement ring is supposedly silver. Two weeks later on the day of our engagement dinner with both our families, we still haven’t heard anything, so I decide to call to check up on the whereabouts of her ring, and I’m told the ring is in store. I assume they forgot to call...? When I get there to pick the ring up, the lady behind the counter goes ‘Ah yes! The titanium one!’- now this is just becoming a bit of a joke. When she rings through and it comes time to pay, my total is suddenly $100. Why the up charge? Because the ring is in fact platinum, according to their goldsmith in Vancouver. Rude and unprofessional. Staff have very little to zero knowledge about their ‘area of expertise’. Would highly NOT recommend.
