Helpful staff. Good stock of different nibbles and soft food as well as raw foods for both cats and dogs. Also stock food for other pets. They have a pretty good selection of coats and sweaters for dogs and cats. They have a good selection of collars and leashes as well. You can also find coffee cups for either cat or dog lovers. Mud mats are also available.

Always a great visit to get all we need for our pets. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thanks we have dealt with this Bosley's since they opened.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have spent hundreds of dollars here, and only purchased from this pet store since I've had my dog. Recently I bought a safety harness for the car. When purchasing the item the employee assured me if it was the wrong size I could exchange it without adding any further details. The employee DID NOT mention I need the receipt and the packaging. In addition, when paying they said there was no need to enter my phone number. Not even three days later I came back to exchange it. I was gruffly told by whom I assume was the manger that I needed the receipt and packaging intact to be able to exchange it. UNLESS the item was on my account history. Because the employee did not enter my phone number, the item was not on my account history. The woman I spoke with was rude and wouldn't even give me the time of day to explain the situation. While this was going on the employee I spoke with when purchasing the item stood idly by not saying I word about the fact that she had assured me I could exchange without any details. After spending HUNDREDS of dollars here, taking my puppy training here, and purchasing all and everything I needed from this Bosleys location I was AGHAST at the very poor customer service. I STRONGLY recommend going to PETS WEST which is in Broadmead village, not even five minutes away from this location. I had planned to return to buy a leash that matched a collar I had also recently purchased, however, I will NEVER be setting foot in this store again, and will be going to PETS WEST from now on.
