Amazing service beautiful plants as usual! I have written good reviews before on my other account but it wont let me write a new one! So! I want to say how amazing the service and communication is with this comopany! Not only that but the plants are soooo healthy beautiful foliage and amazing root growth! They wrap the plants in beautiful burlap its so cute! I had a xl spider plant BEAUTIUFL! And neumerous calathea plants all amazing! I will alway reccomend this company to anyone! I live in the lower mainland and I would rather order from here than local stores that sell bad quality plants ! BEAUTIFUL!!!

Lots of variety

I've been shopping at Wildwood (formerly Cannor) for 24 years as my garden needs change. For excellent selection of quality shrubs, trees, perennials, annuals, baskets, planters and more....I don't think they can be beat. The staff are helpful and friendly, and either know their stuff (nursery experts) or track down another who has more experience in a particular genre. It's great to find pond supplies, mason bee starters, quality tools and more, in one location. This spring was fun purchasing potato starters for the first time ...1/2 price as it was the end of planting season ....and we got a fabulous harvest. Locally-owned and operated; many of the staff are long-term which means a healthy environment, and the selection is vast and of high quality. For me, it's a happy outing to visit. The expansive setting is well-laid out to find things, but vast enough that I can float in the dreaming and planning. Staff are not pushy, but are there in an instant when I have a question. The shopping cart becomes full of happy beginnings to nurture my family and community. Thank you.

UPDATED REVIEW: I placed an online order for a new Lechuza planter, and I was disappointed when it arrived because it was dirty and had scratch marks on the bottom. My first assumption was that it had been used, returned, and resold as new. I was upset because these things aren't cheap, so wrote to Wildwood. The response was excellent—honestly a masterclass in customer service. It was explained to me that the product got dirty where it was stored in their facility near soil and other live plants. And the scratches were because it had been placed on a rough floor. Obviously, that's still not acceptable for a new product, so I appreciate that they'll be taking steps to prevent this from happening again. I only asked for a partial refund, but they provided a full refund (including shipping) for my trouble. It was an honest mistake, and I couldn't have asked for a better response. I will definitely be a customer again.
