Dog World Beauty Shop

After going to a few places in Victoria with my pups and never being happy with the grooming job that was done, I was recommended to World Beauty Shop by some acquaintances. My pups came back looking the best that have since I moved from Toronto. I have one dog that has bad separation anxiety and she was confident and happy when I picked her up. Hazel was great to deal with and knows her breed cuts. I spoke with Hazel about the bad google reviews and she isn't internet savvy and didn't know she could respond to them, so don't let those stop you from trying them. I am glad I trusted my friends and got them groomed there. I added pictures of my pups, but they are hard to get to sit still. She fixed some of the issues from the previous cut and next time I think they will look ready for the runway! Yes, they do charges a few dollars more than some of the other groomers I went to, but the job was done properly and my fur babies were happy and not stressed. I no longer have to look at them every day and wish their groom looked better like I did with the other groomers.

We have been going to Dog World for over 15 years with our dogs. The staff is always caring and professional. The grooming tables are out in the open for any customer to walk in and see. We have miniature schnauzers who require a very specific cut & Hazel always does a great job. She is knowledgeable, trustworthy and her staff provides excellent care for dogs.

I like patronizing a local business now that I've moved into the neighbourhood. Handy drop-in nail clipping, and most services you want for your pup. 🐾

THEY ABUSE ANIMALS!!! Under no circumstances should you take your pet here!!! The other bad reviews are correct! STAY AWAY!!!!!! Owner doesn't even respond... Absolutely awful place! DO NOT GO!

To all customer's of Dog world beauty shop the owner Hazel is a thief my cousin recently worked for her for 3 months she's new to the country and has been here since February she was looking to get some experience working with dogs so she started working at Hazel shop. Then then Hazel started deducting 60 to 70% of her paycheck and telling my cousin it's for the government tax it's so crazy to me that in this day and age in Canada that's someone can do this to somebody else, the craziest thing is from what my cousin is telling me about the shop customers with tip the dog assistance in the dog washers and Hazel will keep all the tips we reported her to the labor board and to Revenue Canada. All I'm saying is if she can do that to her employee I definitely wouldn't trust her with my dogs.
