Big shout out to Rob. I requested a quote and he was quick to respond with a very reasonable price and a date and time. He did an excellent job replacing my windshield. I would highly recommend Ladysmith Auto Glass for anything from a rockchip to a windshield replacement.

Fast friendly service. Had my windshield replaced in Alberta, and next day got a crack on the way to the Island. I phoned Ladysmith Auto Glass and Rob said he could fit me in between jobs if I was there in 15 minutes.When finished...he said it was "be kind to strangers day" No charge. They get a 5 star rating from me!

Rob was terrific! He did my Windsheild fast and on top of that installed new wiper blades and cleaned my floor mats! He even tried to get the sap spots off my hood. I would highly recommend you use him for any auto glass work you have.

Customer service was excellent! The job was done in a timely manner, but couldn’t get over the extra service of having my car cleaned inside and out! Beyond excellence and would recommend Ladysmith auto glass to anyone!
