My car came to them through ICBC and i could not be more disappointed and upset about the service i got. I took my car back several times after they "Fixed" it. Every time i got it back from them they assured me it was safe to drive and should run great. But the alignment of the vehicle would change daily and the mechanics sometimes gave the car back in worse condition. They kept on doing the same things to fix it and giving similar excuses but again and again it would not work. The car was in and out of the mechanics for months on end and it was such a frustrating headache. They got a secondary inspection on it and they said it was for my "peace of mind" but when the car was still broken (like dangerous to drive, i was afraid to use it on the road broken) they used the inspection against me and sent it to ICBC. I had to get a Third inspection done on it from a separate mechanic shop. The third place didn't even let me drive it home because of how bad it was. and they fixed it properly. TLDR: Dens is terribly run and denied handing a broken car back to me several times. They wasted months of my time and the experience makes me feel unsafe in my car to this day. I could have done a better job myself. Do not go here if you want it done right. I will say that the bodywork was good. But the mechanical work was terrible, even if they outsourced it, they should have admitted the issues and gone to a better place.
